Peter Škorňa
The owner and the executive manager of the company Samuel Consulting Group s.r.o. – Peter Škorňa – has been working as a leading Slovakian domestic policy commentator, columnist and the author of sketches and caricatures for several years (newspapers Nový Čas, Pravda, SME).
He is the author of several published literary reviews, cartoons and is co-author of the broadcast literary narrative about the poet Ján Stacho (the Slovak Radio Golden Fund ) and a broadcast programme, the Carpathian Dialogues. From 1997 to 2000, he was a co-owner of the 3 MEDIA s.r.o. company.
In the past, he acted as the executive manager of a company in the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic, as an editor-in-chief, the publisher of several periodicals with national or regional coverage (the journal VISIONS, the weekly LIVE!, the teenagers’ monthly SHOCK! magazine, the journal Chorvatan, the QALT magazine, Our Hospital, etc.).
Currently he is the editor-in-chief of the magazine “Hviezdy ciest“ (the Stars of the Roads), the magazine Enviromagazine, and the editor-in-chief of the Internet magazine www.eStar.sk.
The team
The team of the Samuel Consulting Group s.r.o. company consists of young professionals free from the burdens of the past and co-workers with long experience in the field of media, marketing, graphics, creativity, crisis communication, the publishing of marketing communication periodicals, and public relations. In our work we make use of our knowledge of the issues in the individual regions of Slovakia, their social and demographic specificities, and our strength is the knowledge of the media environment as such.
